Fall Farm School Visits

Scheduling for Our Fall Farm School Visits have ended!

Discover how pumpkins grow. Learn how we keep apple trees healthy. Feed our dairy goats. For decades we’ve loved introducing the farm to school aged kids by hosting fall visits to students. Engaging students with hands-on exploration, engaging activities all while learning.

Our fall school experience is available during September 10 through October 18, 2024,

We are now offering several opportunities for a fall farm visit to the farm.

We developed a curriculum and teaching aids to be used by teachers to conduct self-guided visit.  One benefit is that the trip itself can be free for each student. The Basic Fall School Visit includes: reserved space for your group , leader guide instructions and information, each student can pick an apple

If your group desires additional features such as doughnut and cider snacks, taking home produce, and grain for feeding the goats there is a fee per student to cover the costs associated with these materials. The Premier Fall School Visit ($6 per student) includes: everything in the Basic Fall School Visit  plus grain for feeding the goats, a mini-pumpkin for each student, a doughnut for each student, cider and cups for each student (at least 5 oz each).
