Your Guide to Groups on the Farm
Event Types & Availability - Time at the farm is perfect for a team meeting, employee appreciation event, family and class reunions, birthday party, community group event, fraternities, sororities and more. Groups are welcome during regular business hours May through October. You are welcome to just show up and host your event, however if you want the ease and peace of mind knowing we have space reserved for you already, please email info@treworgyorchards.com. Alternatively, simply purchase everything when you get here. Group discounts are only available for the corn maze.
Available tent rental times in two hour increments, if you wish to have more than one two hour increment that is possible as well.
May-August: Saturday 11-1pm, 2-4 pm, 5-7 pm Sunday 1-3 pm, 4-6 pm
September-October: Saturday & Sunday 11-1 pm, 2-4 pm
Children's Birthday Parties - You are more than welcome to celebrate your child’s birthday party at the farm. We do not offer formal birthday packages, however you are welcome to come enjoy all that we have to offer seasonally as a group - the pick your own experience, corn maze, feeding the goats, ice cream, goat cuddling (spring weekends), hayrides (fall weekends). Most groups prefer to grab a couple picnic tables around the farm for free. This is cost effective and provides a convenient location for your gathering and access to all the farm activities. We are able to reserve a semi-private tented outdoor space for a fee. We are unable to offer refrigeration or storage on the property so please plan accordingly.
School Groups and Field Trips - In the fall, you can book a self guided fall field trip for school age children. For school groups coming at other times of the year, please fill out the group and gathering inquiry form below.
Weddings - We’re happy to help make your wedding memorable by providing a place for you to take engagement photos, provide picking opportunities for visiting guests, and we can even make doughnuts for your reception. However, we are not able to accommodate weddings on the property at this time.
Private Spaces - While it is not required to book a private space to have an event on the farm, we do have a tent rental as an option. We do not have indoor rooms available. Please email info@treworgyorchards.com and one of our staff will reach out to you to talk details.
Catering - Our cafe serves a full menu of pizza, ice cream, doughnuts, coffee, and more - to see our menu click here. If you are bringing more than 20 people or are ordering more than 5 pizzas or a couple dozen doughnuts or hot cider in the fall it will help us serve you promptly if you order ahead of time. We find that our 16” pizzas with 8 slices feed between 3-5 people each. If your group is getting ice cream and/or coffee we will make that to order.
May I bring my own decorations, food and beverages? Yes. We do have food and drinks available at our cafe, but your are welcome to bring your own. We ask that you remove all decorations and tidy up the space upon departure to help us keep the farm looking beautiful. No alcohol is permitted on the premises.
