Official Rules and Prize Details
Every 2026 Treworgy Family Orchards corn-maze ticket contains a prize. Scratch the designated prize area on the ticket to reveal the prize associated with that ticket.
Please retain the original ticket. The ticket, or in certain cases a clear photograph of it, may be required to claim or redeem the prize.

2. Promotion tickets and prize distribution
A total of 40,000 tickets were produced for this promotion. Each ticket contains one predetermined prize.
The prize distribution, listed from most likely to least likely, is:
Prize: One kiddie soft-serve cone Odds: Approximately 19 in 20
Prize: One box of six doughnuts Odds: 1 in 20
Prize: One large pizza Odds: 1 in 100
Prize: Doughnuts for a Year Odds: 1 in 1,000

Every ticket contains one of the prizes listed above. Tickets may not be sold or distributed in numerical order, and the location or timing of any particular prize ticket cannot be predicted or guaranteed.
4. General prize-redemption requirements
Except for the Doughnuts for a Year prize, all prizes must be claimed no later than the close of regular business on November 7, 2027.
To redeem a prize:
The holder must present the original physical ticket unless these rules expressly permit a photograph of the ticket.
The ticket must be reasonably intact, legible, and verifiable as an authentic Treworgy Family Orchards promotional ticket.
Each ticket may be redeemed only once.
Treworgy Family Orchards may retain, mark, punch, record, or otherwise cancel the ticket when a prize is redeemed.
Altered, counterfeit, duplicated, or unlawfully obtained tickets are void.
Photocopies, reproductions, screenshots, or photographs are not valid unless expressly permitted for the Doughnuts for a Year prize.
Prizes have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash.
Prizes may not be combined with another discount, coupon, promotion, or special offer unless Treworgy Family Orchards permits it.
Food prizes are available only during normal business operating hours and are subject to product availability, equipment operation, and reasonable preparation times.
Election of a lesser prize
A winner may choose to receive a prize of lesser value instead of the prize printed on the ticket. The available prize levels, from lowest to highest, are:
One kiddie soft-serve cone
One box of six doughnuts
One large pizza
Doughnuts for a Year
One goat
For example, the winner of a box of doughnuts may choose a kiddie soft-serve cone instead, and the winner of a large pizza may choose either a box of doughnuts or a kiddie soft-serve cone.
The following conditions apply:
A winner may select only a prize below the printed prize in the hierarchy above.
The substituted prize is subject to availability and the normal redemption conditions for that prize.
No cash, store credit, refund, or payment of the difference in value will be provided.
Once a lesser prize is accepted, the prize printed on the ticket is considered fully redeemed.
The winner may not later request the original prize or another prize.
Unless Treworgy Family Orchards expressly agrees otherwise, the substitution must be selected at the time the ticket is redeemed.
A Doughnuts for a Year winner who elects to receive a lesser prize gives up the entire Doughnuts for a Year prize, including all current and future weekly doughnut redemptions.
A goat-prize winner who elects a lesser prize gives up all rights to the goat and any alternative goat-prize compensation described in these rules.
Treworgy Family Orchards may permit another reasonable substitution at its discretion but is not required to do so.
5. Prize descriptions and conditions
A. You Won a Kiddie Soft-Serve Cone
Number available: 37,559
Odds: 37,559 in 40,000, or approximately 93.9%
The prize consists of one kiddie-size soft-serve cone in one of the following flavors:
Vanilla
Chocolate
Vanilla-and-chocolate twist
The following conditions apply:
The original winning ticket must be presented at the time of redemption.
The prize is limited to one kiddie-size vanilla, chocolate, or twist soft-serve cone.
A dish may be substituted for a cone upon request.
The prize does not include hard ice cream, other soft-serve flavors, toppings, dips, sundaes, specialty cones, or a larger size.
An upgrade may be permitted if the customer pays the applicable price difference, but Treworgy Family Orchards is not required to offer an upgrade.
The prize is subject to product availability and operation of the soft-serve equipment.
The prize must be redeemed no later than November 7, 2027.
The prize may not be exchanged for cash, store credit, or another product.
B. You Won a Box of Doughnuts
Number available: 2,000
Odds: 1 in 20
The prize consists of one box containing six regularly available Treworgy Family Orchards doughnuts.
The following conditions apply:
The original winning ticket must be presented at the time of redemption.
The prize includes six regularly available doughnuts selected from the varieties available at the time of redemption.
Specialty, premium, custom-decorated, or specially ordered doughnuts may be excluded.
Particular flavors are not guaranteed.
The prize is subject to availability.
Advance ordering may be required during busy periods.
The prize must be redeemed no later than November 7, 2027.
The winner may elect to receive one kiddie vanilla, chocolate, or twist soft-serve cone instead.
The prize may not be exchanged for cash, store credit, or another product except as expressly permitted by these rules.
C. You Won a Large Pizza
Number available: 400
Odds: 1 in 100
The prize consists of one large Treworgy Family Orchards pizza of any type normally offered on the menu at the time of redemption.
The following conditions apply:
The original winning ticket must be presented at the time of redemption.
The prize includes one large pizza.
The winner may select any regularly offered pizza type.
The prize includes the toppings and ingredients normally included with the selected pizza.
Customizations, additional toppings, substitutions, premium add-ons, or special dietary preparations may require an additional charge or may be unavailable.
The pizza must be ordered during normal pizza-service hours.
Advance ordering may be required.
The prize is subject to ingredient availability, kitchen capacity, and seasonal operating hours.
The prize must be redeemed no later than November 7, 2027.
Instead of the pizza, the winner may elect to receive either one box of six doughnuts or one kiddie vanilla, chocolate, or twist soft-serve cone.
The prize may not be divided into multiple orders or exchanged for cash, store credit, or other food items except as expressly permitted by these rules.
D. You Won Doughnuts for a Year
Number available: 40
Odds: 1 in 1,000
The prize consists of one box of six Treworgy Family Orchards doughnuts during each eligible operating week, beginning with the week in which the prize is first redeemed and continuing through August 1, 2027.
An eligible week is defined as the period beginning when Treworgy Family Orchards opens on Tuesday morning and ending when the farm closes on Sunday evening during its normal published business hours.
The following conditions apply:
The prize must first be registered at Treworgy Family Orchards.
The winner must present either the original winning ticket or a clear photograph of the winning ticket when claiming each weekly box.
Treworgy Family Orchards may record the winner’s name, contact information, ticket information, and redemption history.
The winner may be issued a numbered redemption card, coupon book, or other tracking document.
The prize includes one box containing six regularly available doughnuts during each eligible week.
The weekly box must be claimed in person at Treworgy Family Orchards during that week’s normal operating hours.
Only one box may be claimed during each eligible week.
A weekly box that is not claimed before the farm closes on Sunday evening is forfeited.
Missed weeks do not roll over, accumulate, extend the prize period, or permit the winner to claim more than one box during a later week.
The prize applies only during weeks in which Treworgy Family Orchards is open for normal business.
A week during which the farm is closed for the entire Tuesday-through-Sunday period does not create an additional or deferred redemption.
The final weekly box must be claimed no later than the end of normal business hours on August 1, 2027.
The prize includes six regularly available doughnuts selected from the varieties available when redeemed.
Specialty, premium, custom-decorated, or specially ordered doughnuts may be excluded.
Particular flavors are not guaranteed.
Doughnuts are subject to availability. Treworgy Family Orchards may ask the winner to return later during the same eligible week if sufficient doughnuts are temporarily unavailable.
Advance ordering may be requested during busy periods.
The prize may not be converted into cash, store credit, gift cards, or another product except under the lesser-prize provision in these rules.
The winner may permit another person to pick up a weekly box only with prior approval from Treworgy Family Orchards and presentation of the required ticket photograph or redemption record.
Instead of registering or continuing the Doughnuts for a Year prize, the winner may elect to receive one large pizza, one box of six doughnuts, or one kiddie soft-serve cone. Acceptance of that lesser prize permanently ends all rights to Doughnuts for a Year, including any remaining weekly boxes.
E. You Won a Goat
Number available: 1
Odds: 1 in 40,000
The winner will receive one healthy, pet-quality goat selected by Treworgy Family Orchards.
Unless Treworgy Family Orchards agrees otherwise, the prize will be a disbudded and castrated male goat. The specific goat’s breed, color, age, and availability will be determined by Treworgy Family Orchards based on animal health, the farm’s kidding schedule, and the availability of a suitable animal.
The following conditions apply:
The winner must contact Treworgy Family Orchards within 30 days after revealing the prize.
The original winning ticket must be presented and verified before the goat is transferred.
The person accepting ownership of the goat must be at least 18 years old and may be required to provide identification.
The goat may not be available for immediate pickup.
Treworgy Family Orchards will determine a reasonable transfer date based on the age, health, and readiness of the goat.
The winner is responsible for transportation from the farm.
The winner is responsible for providing appropriate shelter, secure fencing, food, water, veterinary care, companionship, and all other necessary care after transfer.
The winner is responsible for confirming that keeping a goat is permitted at the intended location and complies with all applicable laws, ordinances, leases, association rules, and property restrictions.
Before transferring the goat, Treworgy Family Orchards may require reasonable evidence that the winner has suitable housing, fencing, care arrangements, and appropriate goat companionship.
Treworgy Family Orchards may delay or decline a transfer if it reasonably believes the proposed arrangement would be unlawful, unsafe, or unsuitable for the animal.
The winner must sign an animal-transfer agreement and assumption-of-responsibility form before taking possession.
The prize does not include transportation, feed, fencing, equipment, veterinary services, registration, breeding rights, or other supplies unless expressly agreed in writing.
The goat may not be returned or exchanged after transfer except as required by law.
If the winner cannot legally or responsibly keep a goat, Treworgy Family Orchards may, at its sole discretion, substitute a Treworgy Family Orchards gift card with a value of $400. A cash payment may not be demanded in place of the goat.
Instead of claiming the goat or accepting the optional gift-card substitution, the winner may elect to receive Doughnuts for a Year, one large pizza, one box of six doughnuts, or one kiddie soft-serve cone.
Acceptance of a lesser prize fully satisfies the winning ticket and permanently ends the winner’s right to the goat or the optional gift-card substitution.
